Every UK data analyst job, scored against your CV.
Data analyst, business analyst, BI, analytics engineer — permanent and contract. You see the handful worth applying to, not three thousand keyword matches.

What Flint covers for data analysts
- Greenhouse. The ATS thousands of UK tech companies post to. We read each company board directly, so the full job description lands in the score — not a truncated aggregator preview.
- Lever & Workable. Two more of the big startup and scale-up ATS platforms. Same direct-from-source ingestion, deduped against Greenhouse so the same role doesn't appear twice.
- Reed. The largest UK private-sector board. Carries the bulk of UK analyst, business-analyst, and contract roles, agency and direct.
- Adzuna. Wider UK aggregator. Adds the contract and day-rate analyst roles other boards miss.
- Google Jobs. Catches the long tail — company career pages that don't run a mainstream ATS.
All ingested twice daily, deduped, scored against your CV, and staleness-swept so listings that closed last month don't waste your evening. We don't replace these boards. We aggregate and rank them.
Why data analysts end up here
LinkedIn and Indeed list everything that matches a keyword and leave the filtering to you. The gap is everything that takes the evening: scoring against your actual toolkit, deduping the agency reposts, sweeping the filled roles, surfacing the salary the advert hid.
| Feature | LinkedIn / Indeed search | Flint Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory | One board at a time. Each company's careers page is another tab. | Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Reed, Adzuna and Google Jobs — 100+ boards deduped into one feed. |
| Search shape | Keyword + location, then you read every result yourself. | Every role scored against your CV. The top 5 are the ones worth your evening. |
| Toolkit awareness | Search 'SQL' and get everything from data engineer to finance ops, including roles that mention it once. | We read your actual toolkit from your CV (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, dbt) and score role fit. A BI analyst isn't ranked against data-engineering roles that want Spark and Scala. |
| Seniority | A dropdown you set, ignored by half the listings. | Read from your CV. A senior analyst doesn't see entry-level data-entry roles or lead-DS posts in their top 5. |
| Bootcamp bait | 'Junior Data Analyst, £45k, remote' that's really a £3,000 course pitch. | Blocked. We've removed the companies that run paid courses as job adverts, so early-career searches stop losing a week to fake openings. |
| Remote / hybrid | 'Remote' often means 'remote, but three days in Shoreditch.' | Work pattern parsed per role and scored against your preference. Hybrid-in-name-only gets caught. |
| Salary | Roughly 40% of analyst listings hide the number. | Salary percentile per role, normalised across boards, shown against your expectation even when the advert is coy. |
| Ghost listings | The role that filled in March is still up. | Daily staleness sweep retires closed listings. Reposts flagged in the UI. |
| Agency reposts | The same job run by four agencies, four times in your feed. | Deduped. One role, one card. |
| CV review | None. | Specific fixes grounded in the roles you're targeting. No generic 'add more action verbs.' |
| Cover letters | None. | 20 AI-drafted letters a month, grounded in the job description and your CV. |
| Free tier | Free, but you do all the work. | Top 10 scored matches in a 21-day window, plus a CV review insight. No card. |
When searching it yourself is enough
Honestly: not every data analyst needs Flint. There are searches where a tab open on two careers pages covers it.
- You're watching two or three specific company careers pages and already know where you want to be.
- You enjoy reading every result and filtering the noise yourself.
- You're not job-hunting in the UK — coverage is UK-first.
When Flint is the better pick
- You want every UK analyst role scored against your toolkit, not listed by keyword.
- You're sick of 'junior data analyst' adverts that turn out to be paid courses.
- You want the agency reposts deduped and the filled roles swept out.
- You want salary visibility even on the listings that hide the number.
- You want a CV review and cover letters without paying for a separate tool.
Why I built this
Half the "junior data analyst" roles I clicked were courses in disguise.
Most of them I never should have opened. A "junior data analyst" advert that turned out to be a £3,000 bootcamp pitch. A "data analyst" title that was really data engineering, or finance ops in disguise. Four listings for what I'm fairly sure was the same job, run by four different agencies, each with the salary blanked out.
Flint is the thing I wish I'd had. Drop the CV in once, see every relevant role from every board scored against your actual toolkit and seniority, the bootcamp bait already blocked, the ghost listings already swept and the agency reposts already deduped. Greenhouse, Lever, Reed, Adzuna — one feed.
