Every UK product manager job, scored against your CV.

You see the handful worth applying to, not three thousand keyword matches.

What Flint covers for product managers

  • Greenhouse. The ATS thousands of UK tech companies post to. We read each company board directly, so the full job description lands in the score — not a truncated aggregator preview.
  • Lever & Workable. Two more of the big startup and scale-up ATS platforms. Same direct-from-source ingestion, deduped against Greenhouse so the same product role doesn't appear twice.
  • Reed. The largest UK private-sector board. Carries the bulk of UK product-owner and contract PM roles, agency and direct.
  • Adzuna. Wider UK aggregator. Adds the contract and day-rate product roles other boards miss.
  • Google Jobs. Catches the long tail — company career pages that don't run a mainstream ATS.

All ingested twice daily, deduped, scored against your CV, and staleness-swept so listings that closed last month don't waste your evening. We don't replace these boards. We aggregate and rank them.

Why product managers end up here

LinkedIn and Indeed list everything that matches a keyword and leave the filtering to you. The gap is everything that takes the evening: scoring against your actual domain and level, deduping the agency reposts, sweeping the filled roles, surfacing the salary the advert hid.

When searching it yourself is enough

Honestly: not every product manager needs Flint. There are searches where a tab open on two careers pages covers it.

When Flint is the better pick

Why I built this

Half the 'Senior PM' roles I saw paid like an APM.

Most of what I opened I never should have. Title inflation everywhere: "product manager" adverts that were really project-manager or delivery-manager roles, product owner and product manager used interchangeably, the same job reposted by four different agencies, each with the salary blanked out.

Flint is the thing I wish I'd had. Drop the CV in once, see every relevant role from every board scored against your actual domain and seniority, the mislabelled roles already down-ranked, the ghosts already swept and the agency reposts already deduped. Greenhouse, Lever, Reed, Adzuna — one feed.

Frequently asked

The specific questions product managers ask before signing up.

Does Flint match on my domain and seniority?

Yes. The parser reads your domain and level off your CV — fintech, B2B SaaS, payments, marketplace, whatever you've shipped in — and the scorer weights role fit against them. A fintech Senior PM isn't ranked against an APM opening or a delivery-manager post just because both adverts say "product". Keyword presence isn't the same as fit, and we score for fit.

Does it tell a product owner role from a product manager role?

Yes. Each role is scored against the actual responsibilities and salary band, not the title alone. A product-owner post and a product-manager post read differently in the description, and the scorer weights them differently. Project-manager and delivery-manager roles mislabelled as "product manager" get down-ranked instead of cluttering the top of your list.

Does it cover remote and hybrid PM roles?

Yes. Every role's work pattern is parsed and scored against the preference on your CV. If you want fully remote, the "remote, but three days in the office" roles drop down your list instead of cluttering the top of it. Hybrid-in-name-only gets caught.

Which job boards do you pull product roles from?

Greenhouse, Lever, Workable and Ashby (the ATS platforms most UK tech companies use), plus Reed and Adzuna for the wider private and agency market, plus Google Jobs for the long tail of career pages that don't run a mainstream ATS. All ingested twice daily, deduped, scored against your CV, and staleness-swept so filled roles don't waste your evening.

Is this just for senior PMs, or APMs and career-changers too?

Both. The scorer reads your seniority from your CV and ranks against it. An APM sees associate and entry product roles first; a group or senior PM sees senior and lead roles, not entry schemes. The level comes from what you've actually done, not a dropdown you set and the listings ignore.

Do you show salary even when the listing hides it?

Where we can. Roughly 40% of listings omit the salary. Flint shows a normalised UK salary percentile for the role and band so you get a realistic number to weigh against your expectation, instead of clicking through to find out the "Senior PM" pays like an APM.
